Students of the department of fashion designing organized an exhibition cum sale in the college premises. Beautiful pieces of art and craft like diyas, gel and wax candles, pots, wall hangings, glass paintings, hand printed suits, bed sheets, and many other gift items were displayed. Kiddies Paradise School
Students of the school celebrated the festival of lights with great enthusiasm. The school premises were tastefully decorated to add charm to the atmosphere. Little ones dressed as Ram, Laxman, Shatrughan, Sita, Hanuman and Rishi Balmiki, enchanted all. At the occasion, the story of Ramayana was presented through jhankis and scenes of life of Rama, to students. A drawing and painting competition was also held at the occasion. School principal Taranjit Kaur wished everybody.
Everest Public Senior Secondary School
Diwali was celebrated at the school with great pomp and show. Pageant Dresses on Sale the occasion, tiny-tots came in the colourful dresses and performed dances and skits. Cakes and sweets were also distributed among the children. Principal Asha Sharma explained the duties of students and told them how they would achieve their aim in life by following the noble path guided by Lord Rama.

The entire school wore a festive look as Diwali was celebrated at the premises. Dressed in traditional clothes, children were welcomed at the entrance with tilak ceremony. This was followed by prayers where children enjoyed praying and dancing on prayer songs. To add a little fun to festivities, special fireworks were organized for students. Director of the school Shobhan Soi gave Diwali greetings to students and distributed prasad to all.
